I am a creative therapist known for my direct and compassionate approach. I value working collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals. Understanding that beginning therapy can be a challenging step, I strive to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for every individual I work with.
I specialize in trauma, complex PTSD, narcissistic abuse, and dissociative disorders. Additionally, I work with women navigating ADHD—particularly those diagnosed in adulthood. I am trained in EMDR and hold comprehensive training in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a cutting-edge psychotherapeutic approach that focuses on tracking a unique neurophysiological sequence within deep brain systems. DBR has proven especially effective for those with early attachment trauma, often at the root of dissociative conditions.
I integrate brain-based modalities to support the brain’s innate capacity to heal and rewire neural pathways, leading to lasting change and a restored sense of well-being. I am also trained in Ego State Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all of which enhance cognitive and emotional skill-building.
Through the therapeutic relationship, I aim to foster interventions that empower clients to tap into their inner strengths and resources—not just to cope, but to grow, process the past, and move forward with greater contentment and deeper connection to themselves and the people who matter most.
